ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Giada Knox!
I was born in Padua in 1989 and I’ve been tattooing for 11 years now, since 2010.
Tattoo is an extension of my passions to art like drawing and painting, It is an important part of my life and continues to inspire me toward self-expression.
So mostly before tattooing I was drawing a lot, while looking for a meaningful purpose at the same time that arrive in 2010 when I start as an apprentice in a studio in my hometown.
During 2013, after learning the basics of tattooing with my teacher, I’ve moved to England, a fondamental step for my career .
I choose Cambridge as my home where I finally immersed myself in the tattoo industry. England remains a very important place for me which has served a huge source of inspiration, I’ve spent there mostly 4 years, working in two different tattoo studios, one in the city center and other one in a big village in the Cambridgeshire.
Traveling has been a massive part of my growth, working along with so many different people in so many different cultural contexts has made a huge impact on me both as a tattooer and as a human being.
I’ve decided to be back to Padua in 2017 and in the same time I’ve changed completely my style of tattooing, I abandoned colors to devote myself to black ink.
What I create now is mostly inspired by nature with leaves and flowers in blackwork style and ornamental motifs that adorn the body and enhance its shapes.
The most important points of my projects are the precision of lines, the symmetry (when needed) and an anatomically correct composition.
I am constantly evolving and growing and I thank my clients every day for giving me the opportunity to live with what I truly love.
